At Wright Way Technologies LLC, we strive to offer high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. The following policies outline our procedures for shipping, refunds, returns, and cancellations. Please read carefully to understand our commitments and your rights as a customer.

1. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:
– The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
– You initiate the refund request within **30 days** of receiving the product.
– Digital products or software (if applicable) are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Non-Refundable Items:
– Custom-made or personalized items.
– Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events, unless defective.
– Gift cards or subscription-based services.

How to Request a Refund:
– Contact our Customer Support team at support@wrightwaytech.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
– Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
– After we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process once the returned product is received and inspected.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Wright Way Technologies LLC, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:

-Shipping Methods and Times:
-Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within **1-3 business days**.
Overnight Shipping: Delivery next business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST).

Shipping Rates:
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order. You will see the total cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over **$100** within the contiguous United States.

Eligible Destinations:
– We currently ship to all U.S. states, including **Alaska and Hawaii**.
-International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back in the future as we may expand to international markets.

Order Tracking:
– Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or issues with the carrier. We will notify you promptly in case of any significant shipping delays.

3. Return Policy & Process

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return most items in accordance with our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:
– Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless defective).
– Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:
– Custom or personalized items.
– Digital downloads or services rendered.
– Opened or used software and accessories.

How to Return:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at support@wrightwaytech.com to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
-Step 2: If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
Step 3: Package the item securely and send it back to us using the return shipping label. Return shipping costs may be covered by Wright Way Technologies LLC if the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds on Returns:
– Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
– Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:
– If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with a full replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order or subscription. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support team at support@wrightwaytech.com with your order number and request to cancel.
– If your order has already been shipped, you may need to return the product according to our return policy (within **30 days**).

Subscription Cancellation:
– If you are subscribed to a recurring service, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
– Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
– To cancel a subscription, contact our Customer Support team at support@wrightwaytech.com. We will confirm the cancellation and stop any future billing.

Reservation Cancellation:
– Reservations for services (if applicable) can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or service without incurring a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
