Who will be handling my project? Do you have a team?
Yes we have certified and trained IT professionals who will be working with you for all of your IT needs. Your business even gets assigned a dedicated IT Director.
When will support be available?
By default we are Monday – Friday 8AM to 6PM CST however extended hours and support are available per our discretion.
What happens if I miss a payment deadlines?
This worries customers when they hire IT services. Your contract is not instantly canceled no need to worry but your services may be put on hold until payment has been made or an agreement otherwise has been reached.
What will you need from me during the process?
We try not to bother you unless we need to. Obviously you will get updates and reports from us but after our initial setup phase your only as hands on as you want to be. This leaves you to handle your day to day tasks while we handle the IT Related tasks for your company.
How do I schedule you for support?
We can be reached by email, phone, or by submitting a support ticket. We also give each of our contracts a Tech Support Manual that looks like this that covers everything just in case you forget.
How much will this cost me?
Our prices are super straight forward, super competitive, and transparent. We charge at a per computer and per user rate.
- $25 per managed computer
- $40 per managed user
- $100 per managed server.
The great news is that these prices have a lot of bonuses built in.
